Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Access our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Shipment
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all HOUND ARCHIVESā¢ tags and designer labels are securely attached.
- 3.Dispatch Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of approval.
- 4.Quality Inspection
Once received, our archival team will inspect the garment for condition consistency before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
